Hold Me Tight/Let Me Go (HMT/LMG) is a weekend created over the last 4 years by the Aikin’s. With Sue’s blessings, the model has been published and released on ICEEFT’s and on Aikin Associate’s websites. This workshop will provide an overview of the HMT/LMG program, speak to preliminary outcome research, and teach how to facilitate workshops for your community.

This series of events is the EFT Core Skills, the second-level of training in the highly acclaimed Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for therapists in the Inland Northwest community. EFT Core Skills Training is an excellent opportunity to develop strong clinical skills in EFT within the safety of a small group. The training is held over four two-day weekends. Enjoy a safe, collegial atmosphere to practice, share and risk with other like-minded therapists. As Dr. Rebecca Jorgensen writes, “If you are getting lost being an agent of change in this exciting [EFT] process, you will love Core Skills”
Core Skills Training is open to all therapists who have completed an EFT Externship, are willing to participate in role plays and to show a 15-20 minute segment from one of your sessions to the group.
This event is sponsored by ICEEFT and counts toward certification as an EFT therapist. Additionally, 48 CE hours are offered for psychologists, counselors, social workers, and marriage and family therapists through R. Cassidy Seminars (paid for separately).
$450 per weekend, due 15 days prior to each weekend date ($425 for current members of the EWNIEFT Community). No refunds offered, however, funds can be applied to other EWNIEFT Community sponsored events.
